Interview experience:

Our morning was scheduled to start at 8am., Rick (CP) decided to start about 10 min. early. Get there early! Everyone had gathered in the 3rd floor customer lounge having coffee, Karen Parr (HR) and Rick (CP) were there to meet and greet. There were 4 in our interview group. Went to the classroom to begin. Rick gave the company overview and told us all to relax- "the hard part was over." Yeah right! Anyway, Karen took copies of your current resume', application and training records and your most current logbook. Somewhere in there the sim instructor came in said hello and left to set up the sim. Rick basically continued to talk and give the overview about general duties, expectations and "why you might not want to work at FlexJet." Let me just say...th
