Interview experience:

Not going to get too much into the specific questions as previous gouges pretty much cover them. Started with the Allegiant power point. They field general questions about the company after this, and it seems that they really want you to ask questions about G4 at this point. 4 guys in my group, me (a 1900 capt.) a dash 8 capt, a crj capt, and a corporate beechjet guy. 2 part interview. Part one with HR sup (Pauline) and a line Captain (Scott). These 2 were very nice. Very honest and really trying to sell the company to you.
