Interview experience:

Starts with 45 min meeting with 6 other interviewing pilots, HR and 2 line pilots. Discussion on company history, where they are and where they are going. Currently finishing up 121 cert with feds and current plan is to be flying by mid Dec. There will be 105 pilots on staff with 10 planes by then. Option for another 10 in 2008. Hiring street CA till Dec. then no more. Will be quick upgrade for qualified FO. Stress quality of life, out and backs with no overnights planed at this time. All pilots based in DEN and that is considered your domicile from date of hire. Owned by Frontier Holdings, however, not associated with Frontier. NO FLOW THROUGH agreements. Lo
