Everything you need to know is in the gouges. The Chatauqua study guide covered every question on the tech exam, and the HR/Tech interview. Interview was very relaxed, and not that many questions. I have lots of multi and some good multiturbpic, so that may have been why they didn't go too hard on me. They asked if I had any criminal activity in my background, and I told them about a DUI from many moons ago (charges were dropped), and they said no problem, they were only really concerned with anything within the past 5 years.
