I was flown in the night before the interview and stayed at the Ramada Inn($35) which is right across the street from the Holiday Inn ($70).  They offer a free shuttle to the training center. We were told to show up at 7:30 for an 8:00 interview.  We had a Q&A session and then took the written exam.  The questions are the same as the other gouges said they would be, but instead of having to dig through all of them, here they are:
