Interview experience:
The interview started out with a company presentation, followed by a question and answer session. A lot of the negative questions were asked based on whats been heard on the internet. They had good responses. With regard to the training contract, I don't blame them one bit. I have been on numerous interviews and have seen a lot of folks obtaining CRJ& ERJ ratings, and then jumping ship to go to another airline in less than two ye
