Interview experience:
After submitting my resume online I was called the very next day and scheduled for the interview the next week. The travel up to Indianapolis is covered by the company, however you will need to pay for the hotel. The company provides you with a discount. All told it was $47.00 at the Holiday Inn. A shuttle will pick you up in the morning and take you to your interview.
There were nine of us interviewing that morning. We waited a short time in the lobby before being greeted by Shane, a HR rep. He took us back into a room where we filled out FAA paperwork. Next we were given the Wonderlic test and the company's written test.
He explained the weight the company places on doing well on the Wonderlic test which seems to be a lot. It isn't hard, but you are graded on the number of questions you can answer correctly in twelve minutes. I skipped the questions that required me to think for more than a few seconds and was able to complete forty-two questions or so.
After the Wonderlic we were given their written test which is twenty five questions and is not timed. It is an easy test, if you study.&nbs
