Interview experience:
The interview process has recently changed somewhat, though the overall contents of the interview remain similar to previous gouges. It is rumored that there will continue to be changes to the interview process in the future, so do not rely solely on this or previous gouge for your study materials (or do so at your own peril!). As far as itinerary goes, the first day, in its entirety, is now reserved for travel, whereas the second day is for the HR and Technical Interviews (separate), followed by the tour of Bridgeway (operations and hangar). Throughout the remainder of Day 2, you will be given presentations about the company, IBB contract, and have the opportunity to speak with a variety of company personnel to learn more about the inner workings of NetJets (everybody, as has previously been outlined, is extremely professional and polite). It would probably behoove you to participate in the discussion and take notes on the contents of the presentations. I was instructed to bring with me a current copy of my resume (bring 5—to give to everybody), a copy of my passport, a copy of my certificates, and a copy of my aviation medical, along with a few drug-test related forms and a flight time update form.
