Interview experience:
Interview broken down into three parts: 1. Written Test 2. Panel Interview 3. PCATD SIM. What a great company to interview with, so great I did it twice. First time was in July 2007. Completely unprepared in all aspects. Almost failed the written test, panel interview was very questionable, and Sim was very sloppy. I have been flight instructing for a couple of years and didn't realize how bad my scan had gotten. DON"T MAKE THIS MISTAKE! Make sure you spend several hours in PCATD preparing.
