Interview experience:

My day in CVG was something I will remember for a long time. It was my first airline interview experience. Everyone I interacted with throughout the day was so nice and friendly. Comair really goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable, just as all previous gouges state. 14 people interviewed including myself...4 CAA CFIs, 3 CFIs, a blackhawk pilot, a sun country pilot, 2 allegheny pilots, an american eagle pilot, a gulfstream pilot, and a military pilot. At 0815, Todd McGregor and Sharon Jones give a briefing on Comair and its benefits...fleet size, future plans, retirement plans, pass benefits, pay, medical benefits, etc. At 0945, we all took the personality inventory. 60 questions, be honest, that's what they're looking for. The time allotted for the test is 45 minutes, but the last person finished in 25. Be careful because you answer on a "bubble in" sheet which goes ACROSS in a row rather than DOWN in a column. Some of the questions: 1.I often think about the universe and the origins of nature 2.I am never worried 3.My things are always neat and clean 4.I find beauty in art and poetry We then split up into two groups based on the sign in sheet.
