Interview experience:
As the rest have said before, the previous is very accurate. With that said I will give yah what I can remember and learned. Day 1 is very important in the overall; we were assigned the ATR sim. They expected 10 applicants but 8 showed, 3 cfi’s, 2 freight, 3 furloughs. One cfi and one freight did not get asked to stay on day 2. Day 1 is very laid back overall, they ask questions just like listed before on the website, and look over log books. You are briefed on the sim profile in a small room in FSI. Profile for us was as follows: ATR-72 43,000lbs, take off from Rwy10 MGM, climb straight out to 4,000 at 170kias with 90% torque/8degrees pitch up, 131kias/400Agl flaps up,cleared to vor, level off @ 4,000 hold 180kias/50% torque/4degrees pitch=level, climb to 6,000 @ 180kias/90% torque, track out on radial assigned, 30degrClick here to view all 219 interviews for Atlantic Southeast Airlines
