Interview experience:
I did the sim part of the interview. I've never had to wait like as much as I did in my life. Be prepared for a long day, especially if you were interviewing at 7:30. We showed up at 10am and we were back to the hotel at around 9pm or 10. Most of us spent the whole day waiting, I'd say the whole day we did about 1 or 2 hours of actual work as in doing paper work or briefing for the sim. Very frustrating but what are you going to do. Make sure you have your paper work done completely, it's American Eagle they are really into being through with paper work, they actually gave us white out for mistakes that we did in our flight time sheets, never seen that before..
