Interview experience:

If you stay at the courtyard marriott the interview for pinnacle is right across the street you can walk there.  Be prepared to stay all day till 4 or 5pm they take you in any order.  Also, they have some what of a snack selection for breakfast and will buy you food.  Really nice people, they are pretty funny and make you feel at ease.  15 in my group all of us passed the test, if you didn't pass the test they would call you in right away.  These were the questions I was asked please note make sure you study the gouges the answer are pretty much right on but some of the questions are correct.  These are the HR questions I was asked. 

Give an example of leadership?
Why Pinnacle?
What are you leader or manager?
Define Leadership and manager, and what is is the difference?
What is Mach Tuck?
What is critical Mach?
Brief a weather do you need an alternate? The one I had (yes)
Advantage and Disadvantage of swept back wings.
The Jepp I was shown and everyone else MEM airport diagram,  and all the ILS and LOC for the runways so make sure you study all
