Interview experience:

First thing: Thanks to this website and all of the responders.  While the interviewers try to change the questions, the information here was close enough to make it happen.  NetJets is now scheduling phone interviews a few days before you fly to CME to get you started on the questions.  This will be a customer relations person who, I suppose, is looking for how you will treat their clients.  I felt however, that the questions did not confine themselves strictly to this issue.  It took me 10 minutes to get through it.  When I went to the actual interview, my interviewers did not know where the results of my phone interview were, so I had to answer many similar questions again.  I imagine they will have this sewn up shortly.
