Actual Pilot Interview Experience for CitationAir

Traveled to HPN on my dime. Stayed at the hotel suggested by CS in the invite E mail. Mr Bernard Burns called to give me a  phone interview and was invited to the face to face interview during that initial conversation. His questions were just get to know you types with a spattering of technical for good measure (technical is not a good description but it is the closest to what was asked) ie what do you know about  vor approaches, are you any good with the far's/Aim etc. Personality and your ability to interact is what gets you to round 2.

Round 2 took a tour of the facility (very impressive) with Mr. Burns he was very open and answered all my questions (even got back to me with a couple he could not answer) after this he dropped me in a conference room and was then met by the VP HR, again very laid back get to know you.
