Interview experience:
This place is awesome! The other current posts are right on. Submit your application on the web, and also email your resume and cover letter to Karen or Pam. (Their email addresses are pretty easy to find) They are very “resume fat” right now, and actually ahead on the interviewing process, so it might take a while to get a call.
Got a call from Pam and did a phone interview right then. Great conversation that lasted for probably 45 minutes and didn’t feel like an interview at all. She wants to make sure you know what the pay and benefits are, and that you are really interested before they bring you down. Asks if you’re on any “no fly” lists, or have had problems with customs at all, any criminal history or FAA violations, failed check rides etc. Make sure you’re ok with cleaning the aircraft, opening the limo door, walking the dog and loading bags. Also a 24 month training contract on your first type and a 12 month uniform contract. All prorated. If you’re ok with all this then she’ll set up a day (I think just Monday interviews) for you to come down
