They take a Polaroid of you (!) and include it with your paperwork. Started the interview about half and hour earlier than my appointment. They took my paperwork and called me in 15 minutes later. HR rep and Flight Ops rep alternated questions, very friendly tone. Started with How did you get here. Describe yourself. Asked a question or two about every job on my resume, What do you find most challenging about instructing? Why Great Lakes? What drives you? What are your goals? (Danger!) Which
