Interview experience:

The interview process as outlined in many of these gouges is accurate. For those looking for a decent hotel I would recommend the Courtyard Marriott on Nonconnah Blvd. It is directly across from the interview site. They have a 24 hours pantry and provide ear plugs. I got a room for 67.00 when I told them I was an interview candidate.

As for the process it is exactly as so many others have written about. But here's something new. During our presentation we were informed that Delta and Pinnacle are in talks regarding their new contract. As a result the company will be rolling back two ground-schools and placing those individuals into the top of a hiring pool. As a result it's not direct hiring at the moment because the company is trying to resolve this issue in order to be able to fully understand what it's staffing needs are going to be. In other words, if you interview anytime after 12 June 08, expect to be hired into a pool until further notice. Things could change
