Actual Pilot Interview Experience for Cape Air

A colleague of mine had set the interview up for me and I remain very grateful to him.  I traveled to BOS then to Hyannis the day before and remained over night at the Marriot Courtyrard.   Whatever you do, do not use the airport taxi as they will insist on taking you to the Holiday Inn and charge you $10.00 for the ride.  Town Taxi will take you to the Marriot for $5.00.
At 09:00 the next day  I met with Krista and she gave me a very brief tour of the office.  We then had to go to another building for the actual interview.  I was introduced to Gene Smith who conducted the presentation on the company history, area of operation, benefits, etc..  Immediately following the presentation I detected disinterest in his demeanor.  However, I was then asked to wait in the reception area for the HR portion ...
