FREE airline interview information for Colgan Air

My interview at Colgan Air was a great experience. I submitted my resume on Friday and received a phone call the following Monday for an interview that Friday. Things happened fast. In preparation for the interview I completed my ATP written and reviewed earlier Colgan gouges. Colgan did not require the ATP written, but by having it I lowered the stress of the day of the interview. Otherwise applicants must take a test over similar material prepared by Colgan. The test was recently revised because the previous test was available for the right price online. The HR representative said that currently applicants are averaging 50%. It sounds like it will be revised in the future. After reading the gouges I had a general idea of what the simulator evaluation would be like. The ILS at HPN, White Plains New York, appeared repeatedly in the gouges. The day before the interview I went to for some simulator work.
