Interview experience:
First of all the bar is set really high for this start up airline. As an F.O. you are competing with furloughed captains with crazy time, and experience.That is everyone consisted of at my interview. Don't expect to get a call back unless you have an inside referal or a type in the Q-400. I got the initial call from Dee Marsh (H.R) and it took a week to finally get a hold of her. She used to be an F.A., and is just getting to know H.R. so be real patient. They will only fly you out on Frontier, no other code share agreements, so hopefully you live by or can make it to a Frontier city, or no joy.&nbs
