Waited approx 20 minutes while paperwork was looked over. Then was asked in by the HR rep. Interviewed with the HR rep and a pilot. Started with your standard, "tell me about yourself." Most of the interview was HR questions/situational questions. I only had a few Jepp questions. HR questions included: Are you a leader or a follower? What would you do if a captain was being critical of you? What do you like about instructing? What do you dislike about instructing? What would your students say about you? What is your greatest accomplishment? What would you do if a passenger became upset or angry? Wha
