Interview experience:
First of all, the interviewers were very professional and really nice. They made us all feel very comfortable and I was pretty nervous, so relax. The day starts with meeting in the cafeteria at the ASA building in Atlanta. Someone will come down to get you and take you up stairs to start the process. First, someone tells you all about ASA and ExpressJet and what their future plans are. Once this is complete you start taking the 30 question multiple choice tests. It is easy and all I studied was Gleim instrument, commercial, and weather. The only 121 question I saw was; if you realize that the weather is reported below minimums prior to the final approach fix you go missed. If you are past the FAF you can continue the approach. I think I missed one of these questions. Also, know altimeter change, such as if I fly from A to B without changing my altimeter, what is my altitude, higher or lower etc… Microburst questions&hel
