Interview experience:

10 People for the interview, mostly 135 with a few CFI's I was the only one with 121 experience. Hiring 10 a month for the rest of the year, but the DO mentioned he was planning to push that number to 14 for the next few months. Attrition is the main reason as they are pushing 22% from a loaw of 16%. Upgrade is 2 1/2 years and DO thinks it may get to 2 years. 8 AM everything starts, take the paperwork and a 35 question ATP style test. Very simple test and another interview board has 20 of the 35 questions listed. Nicole (HR) takes the tests for grading
