Interview experience:
The above sim eval is right on. You will start out with a personality check, it ain't easy, so get your game face on. Be ready to tell them you are here to become a captain for them and that you think the company is great. Look them in the face and smile with your answers, be confident, but definately not cocky. The personell interview is tougher than the cheif pilot's interview. All he is interested in is if you are the kind of person that will fit in (what do you do in your spare time, like be ready to talk about what kind of fishing you do or whatever etc). The HR stuff is really boils down to, why are you here? what do you have to offer this
