Interview experience:
I interviewed in Oakland and was prescreened by the Burbank office in a phone interview. They do a good job of making you feel comfortable and ask which plane you want to talk about systems on. Then he asks what your strongest aviation subject is. I said electric so we went into the specifics of my airplane - he asked some intro quest
