Interview experience:
Everything was as published. Stayed at the LaQuinta under the company rate of $39.00. Interview started at 8am with Rosa collecting our paperwork. One thing I wish I would have done differently is buying a nice folder to put everything into. I was not able to fit all of my background on their application so I typed everything up and added it to my stack. After a company history and overview we (4 of us) were given the two tests as described in earlier posts. None of us were able to finish the wonderlich test in the time alloted. The instrument test was also similar to previous gouge. We were not told how we did. After the tests we were put in order for the face interviews. The atmosphere was very relaxed and they go out of their way to take some of the nerves away. Rosa asked the HR portion and a Captian in Management asked some tech and situational questions.
