Interview experience:
The interview was almost exactly like what had been said in the many gouges that are available. Interview began at 9am, but show up early for there is a mountain of paperwork to be filled out. Be prepared with background records including employment and education history. When done, three current line captains entered and gave a brief overview of the company and what consisted of the interview process. They were very nice and put everyone at ease. Afterward the real interview started. It consisted of three parts: 50 question test, Sim ride, personal interview. The test was right out of the ATP and Instrument handbook. Take your time and read the questions carefully, it is graded before you move on, and it weighs upon their impression of you. After, a schedule was put up on the board for people to report to either the sim room or interview room to move the process along faster. I was schedule for the personal interview first.
