Actual Pilot Interview Experience for Republic Airways

First off, just want to say that this gouge is the best thing out there! everythng chq does is still the same. If you read this, and the AIM you will breeze right thru! IF THERE IS ANYWAY YOU CAN GET SIM TIME...PREFERABLY THE PCTAD....DO IT...IT WILL BE THE HARDEST THING YOU WILL EVER DO!!!!!!! anyways, day starts off at 8am.......iq test and then instrument test.....25 questions...make sure you know the answer to "who do you report a ufo to?" (answer: nids) other questions are all the same from previous gouge...did not change at all. Our interview class was big...and they are getting bigger, we were 13.....they say they need 40-44 a month and i even heard from some capts. at the training facility that they are moving it up to 60 a month!!! this company is huge...its like a weed......just growing and growing.....Put on a smile when you go in for your 2 on 1 interviews because i hear that all the captain wants to see is if he would enjoy a 5 day trip with you!
