Actual Pilot Interview Experience for Ameriflight

I interviewed at the Ameriflight hangar in PDX. I met with Jay and we talked a little about my previous 135 employer. We then talked about my most current multi-engine aircraft. I had to draw the electrical system for it. I think I did alright with that. I was asked what I liked about Ameriflight and what my goals were. I was honest and said that I would like to be at an airline someday, but I was excited about the chance to work for a good, solid company. We then got in to the Jepp enroute charts and approach plates. Asked various questions on both. One question I remember well was on an approach plate you have the feeder routes (solid black arrows) and you have the cross-radials (thin light grey arrows).
