Interview experience:

The interview was as described by the others. I have 5 friends who are employed there, so I get the feeling they knew quite a bit about me before I showed up. I think if you get the interview, they want to hire you (makes sense to me, why waste your money interviewing a ton of people and picking just the ones who look best in a suit). BTW they will fly you in and put you up. Everything is paid for by FltOps. When you meet with Eric and the others, they will tell you about all the company's warts. They are by no means badmouthing the company, it's just a headcheck to see if you realize that you will be flying 8 day trips (where you WILL be gone) and eating alot of turkey sandwiches, and getting home late in the evening on your last day. They couldn't scare me off, although if you have had a cush corporate job - like I did :<{ You had better be prepared for an adjustment. They seem to really key in on your attitude and personality. Others are correct when they say there is no way to prepare for this interview (other than to be aware of what will happen). It is import
