Interview experience:

13 interviewee's, 12 white male, 1 black male, 3 with 121, 3 former military (helo), 4 135's, and the balance were 91. A few had some jet time and while nobody really told thier TT I would guess most were in the 1200-2500 range with maybe 1 high timer (91 and jet). All were for F.O.'s no street captains. Although they are "reccommending" the street captain candidates taking a F.O. position, getting to the line and upgrading a lot quicker then coming off of the street (see below for more info). They interview on Wednesday's and Thursday's,they space positive you to and from MEM. They will start with the usual company info... as of this date the SF-340's were pretty fat so most are getting the CRJ. They are taking delivery of 2 CRJ's a month until the order is filled at 55 (they have about 22 on the property). Also there is talk of an additional order for more CRJ's or ERJ's in the near future. SF-340's will be phased out at 4 a year for the next few years (20 or so on the property now). They are hiring Captains for BOTH aircraft, although the SF-340 next class date is in OCT and the CRJ already has 15 in the pool and the next open class date is also OCT. Training is 6-8 weeks all in MEM, all room and board is the new hires respo
