Interview experience:
They flew me down there the day before. Stayed in the Holiday Inn, the same place the interview takes place. The interview starts at 8:00- Five younger guys walked in and gave us an overview of the company. This is stuff for the most part you should already know if you did your research. Then they gave us a 50 question test and given 12 mins. It is like the SAT test you took in high school. You cant study for it, just try to do your best. Then they started calling us in for a personal interview one at a time. There were nine people to start with. I was the last to interview. I'm sure you've heard that the longer your there the better your doing... its very true. They sent two guys home in the morning after their interviews. They were both older military guys with a couple thousand hours. Probably wouldnt of been there long anyway before they went to the majors. I was the last one called for
