Interview experience:

I remember the the other person posting from 6-12-01 interviews. He nailed it. I however share a few things that I noticed. There was one indivual that didn't mind working someone besides COEX. He didn't get hired. You must convey that you want to work for COEX and no one else. I was the 9th person interviewed out of the 11. John Dresser interviewed me, and it was fairly short. We spent most of the time verifying that I had all the necessary forms filled out correctly, and that I had all the required documents. He noted from my transcripts that I had gotten good grades in college. I told him that it seemed easier than HS, and that I really enjoyed the University of North Dakota. He then made a comment that he would have to come up with some new questions for me, and that they had hired several
