Interview experience:
Champion flew me on NWAL to MSP. Quite a cold day -7F! Reception area is very small. You're bumping into folks coming and going. I was ushered into an empty office cubicle to take a written test- right out of the usual ATP questions. Then back to the reception area to wait. The interview team was at lunch. About 1 1/2 hours later they arrived, and I was escorted into the DOO's office with two B727 line Captains. They reviewed my paperwork. Asked general HR questions, and asked for a summary od my aviation back
