Corporate Flight Departments Pilot Interview:
This interview is for Menards in Eau Claire, WI. Menards is a coporate division for Menards Home Stores in the midwest. I arrived at the interview about an hour early. After about a half hours worth of paperwork, I met with Ron (CP) and Becky (HR).
They asked me 4 questions:
How did you get into flying?
Tell me about yourself.
What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Why are you a good fit?
All in all, very relaxed. No technical questions, no sim eval. Very straight forward. I am low on TT, but my previous corporate job was enough to get me hired.
They do require you to relocate within 30 miles of Eau Claire if you were to get hired. The paperwork and interview take about 1 hour total.
