Ryan International Airlines Pilot Interview:

Standard part 121 5 member panel, short,asked some questions
about past, why I wanted to work with Ryan.........

This interview was for a professional flight engineer,
as I had a&p and B727 Flt engr certificate reason I
was invited to interview .......

FYI: presently on furlough, Ryan has more pilots on furlough
than working,,,,,,,,,,do not expect anything here for a long
while....................Also presently ALPA...............

Note for later on, you might say future advise, study and
stay current on procedures, fars, etc. especially instrument
scan and rmi and hsi usage, most small airlines do not own
simulators and have to rent time and when everyone is hiring
sim time is limited so if you do not succeed in early sim
they might not be able to give you extra time.............
