Second Annual Aviation Interviews Job Fair in Nashville TN!

I just wanted to say thanks to those of you who attended. I feel the job fair was a tremendous success and I look forward to putting on many more in the future!

The opportunity to have a 5 minute conversation with her and "put a face" to my printed resume was worth twice the registration fee. I booked a ticket to Nashville last Thursday, Interviewed with NetJets Inc. on-site and received a call today from them and I am starting in two weeks!! I can not put a dollar value on the Job Fair, this is truly a dream come true. Mike, It was very nice to meet you in Nashville. I'm glad I was able to make it to the job fair, it was a great experience. I got a chance to hear what recruiters are thinking as they look at my resume. This insight will help in the future. It was well worth the trip to Nashville, just three days after the fair I was offered an interview at one of the airlines that attended. I was not just a name on a resume anymore. Hello Mike, Thanks for putting on the jobfair in BNA last week. I believe it was a great success. I can highly recommend this to other pilots looking for a flying job. Meeting possible employers in a setting like a jobfair is a little less nervewrecking then meeting them for the first time at an interview on their turf. It was definately woth my time to drive to BNA to attend the fair. And I would do it again. I meanwhile have been called by one airline for a brief phone interview. It was the airline that I really want to work for. Having met that person at the fair made the phone interview much smoother. I wouldn't have gotten that call if it would not have been for the job fair. Thanks again for doing such a great job with the website and for arranging the job fair.
