FREE Flight Options Pilot Interview Information and Gouge

Interview experience:
First contact is a phone interview with HR.  A face to face is then scheduled.  Positive spacing airline to CLE, rental car and hotel room is paid by the company.  Arrived at 8:00am the day of interview.  Coffee and PRIA paperwork as well as employment application and CANPASS application.  Met with Training Manager and drove over to sim for sim eval.  They will send you the profile via email so my suggestion is to get some PCATD time and fly the profile a couple of times.  It is a C-421 but no single engine work.  Just trying to weed out those with poor instrument skills.  Drove back to HQ and had lunch on the company at their on-site restaurant.  Pretty good from my perspective.  After lunch, the tech interview happens with two senior Captains.  Know your Jepps!  TMAAT questions, judgment questions, etc.  It lasts about one and a half hours.  They are looking for PIC decision making skills.  Why Flight Options?  Where do you see yourself in the future?
I was then taken to HR and waited for about 20 minutes while HR and the Captains met.  Offered the job that afternoon.  Very pleased.  Class starts in March which is great for me.
Now here is a class act. Delta canceled my return flight and they re-booked me on Continental for my return home. CLE WX was icy and airport closed after we were number 2 for departure.  Taxied back.  Called HR lady who by then had gone home.  They put me up for another night and made it home the next day.  All very professional.  Building and Operations is impressive.  Looks like a NASA control room inside.  Everyone is very friendly and they make you feel at home.  I have worked 121 and 135 and these folks blow away my other experiences.  If you have the ability to work 8 on 7 off and want to work for a great company, by all means, apply.
