Hotel Comments:
The hotel is very nice. Large, clean, updated rooms. Only problem is that the hotel is basically located in the middle of nowhere. There is nothing to do at all around the hotel. The hotel does have a nice gym and a large outdoor pool. There's also a business center (free) on the top floor, and free breakfast in the lounge until about 9am. The internet is NOT free. There is a fridge and microwave in the rooms. The rooms also have a large plasma tv. There is also a refreshment center in each room, but DO NOT even touch anything because if you just move the handle a hair, your room will be automatically charged, so leave it alone unless you want to pay like $3.00 for a pack of M&Ms.
Places To Eat:
The hotel restaurant does off a 20% discount to crews. There is a McDonald's, Subway, and Jack In The Box just a short walk away, ask the hotel how to get there.
Things To Do:
Nothing much to do around the hotel. The van will take you within about 5 miles of the hotel. The best thing to do is to take the train (DART) downtown and find stuff there to do. Take the van to Forest Lane train station and take the southbound Westmoreland train (day-pass is around $3 exact change). Get off at the West End stop and there is lots to do in that area. Walk around the area. The Delaey Plaza is in that area and the 6th Floor Museum as well. There are also lots of bars, clubs, restaurants, etc. in this area as well.

Hotel Comments:
Good beds and very clean room. Typical Westin. WiFi is not free. A really nice gym and roof top pool.
Places To Eat:
Not much around the hotel. One fast food burger place a block away open 24 hours. Hotel Restaurant gives crews 20% off but the OJ is $4 and they bring ut without asking if you want any. A better option is to go downtown if you have a long overnight.
Things To Do:
Go to downtown Dallas. The hotel van will take you to Forest Lane train station. Take the southbound Westmoreland train (a full day pass is $2.50 cash)... A 20 minute ride to Dealey Plaza and the Kennedy 6th Floor Museum ($10) admission. With in one block of the museum are many steakhouses and Mexican restaurants.

Hotel Comments:
Nice hotel, big rooms, nice fitness center. I believe you can also get a pass to Fitness Connection for $10. Not much nearby, but the van will take you anywhere within 5 miles. No free internet in the rooms, but there is a computer in the business center with free internet as well as one on the 18th floor crew lounge area.
Places To Eat:
Lots of places within 5 miles that the van will take you to, including 3 or 4 shopping malls. Everything from McD's to Cheesecake Factory to Chipotle to Panera Bread to a few different Sushi places. I think there are a few nice steakhouses nearby too.
Things To Do:
Not much unless you take the van somewhere.

Nice hotel, internet not free except on 3rd floor in the lounge.
Places To Eat:
Various that the van will drive you to within couple miles of hotel. Luna de N---(?) was a good Mexican place. There is list of restaurants at the front desk Subway, Quiznos and Jack n the Box 5 minute walk away
Things To Do:
The van also goes to 2 malls nearby every 3 hours, ask for copy of schedule. Not too much else

Hotel Comments:
Nice hotel, I don't think the High Speed is free though. . . nothing is free at the Westin.
Places To Eat:
Japenese steak house right next door
Things To Do:
NOTHING. This place is really sad for a long overnight. Long ride to the hotel just to be in a business park. What a waste! What's the point of a long hotel overnight if you still have to get in a van/cab to go somewhere?
