Decent enough place. Good enough gym. Couple new treadmills and cycles. Some dumb bells and a bench. Stretching mat. Heated outdoor pool.
Wirelss seemed slow in the room, but worked good if sitting in the lobby. About a 10-15 ride to the airport.

Restaurant in lobby. Hotel is on 18th, go down Main street to 8th and there are plenty of places. At 8th and go right or left. PF Changs, plety of pubs, Japanese, Greek/Mediterranean place. No shortage. Also, a few ice cream and coffe shops here.

Movie theatre on 8th. Also, I didn't do it but you can get a ride, to pick up a shuttle, that will take you to a place where you can rent a tube and float down the river. Also, some bike stores that rent bicyles, I was told by the guy at the desk.
