As are most crowne plazas, the hotel is very nice, clean, and newer. Workout room is decent, with two newer treadmills, an elipticalmachine, a bike, and a weight machine. Outdoor pool. Maybe also an indoor pool? Free Internet in the rooms via ethernet cable...

There's a mall just up the road, about a ten minute walk. Lots of restaurants around the mall, fast and sit-down. TGI Fridays, Texas Roadhouse, etc....

Go to the mall or for the more ambitious, take bus 97 to the Bart station and ride the bart to fisherman's wharf in San Fran. Round trip including bus and train ride will cost you $12.40
