| gym is ok. 50 lbs dumbbells. nice cardio. chest press, lat tower and a cable multi tower. leg curl an extension. Go out if you don't get here too late. |

| Nice hotel. Wired internet now free (your key should have come in an envelope with an insert that has the password on it). Be prepared for noise if you're there on an "event night". Hotel is attached to the Rupp Arena, and they have everything there from games to concerts. |

| Definately try the "Italian place in the old church". Great food. Also, there's kind of a mom & pop version of Fudruckers on the otherside of the little courtyard park thingie behind the hotel (the one with the fountain in it). It's called Sawyers and they have great burgers as well as really good chili (Cincinnatti style, a little sweeter served on pasta). They also serve beer, if you're so inclined. |

| Eat, walk around, etc. If you like horses, then LEX is your place. If you're there during warmer weather on a Saturday, check out the Farmer's Market which is run right along the street between our hotel and the RAddison. |

| Take escalator down from main lobby to a mall connected to convention center. Kind of pricey. |

| In the mall off the lobby, there is a Subway and a Chinese restaurant. |

| Ask the van driver. One of the van drivers was in the movie Sea Biscuit. |

| Staying back at the Hayatt now. I live there and go home on overnights so not sure on the internet. |

| Joe Bolonaghs (sp?) , great food and prices!! We eat there about once a month (walking distance from Hayatt), just ask the front desk for the Itallian place in the old church. |
| Things To Do: |
| Cheapside and Two Keys are good bars to visit. There is also an Irish pub close by but don't know the name of but have heard good things about. Keenland is the horse track we fly over just before touchdown and is one of the most beautiful tracks in the country. It is open all year but only has live racing 2 times a year (spring and fall, bout 2 weeks for each). Go if you get the chance! |
