As expected the day began at exactly 0645 with the shuttle ride from the La Quinta hotel to Envoy headquarters. Upon arrival we were greeted and escorted into a room to sign in and place our lunch orders. We were then taken to a conference room upstairs where they took our log books and the original documents which they had requested copies of via email a couple weeks before the interview. We then sat through a presentation with a recruiter telling us about the company while our documents were being reviewed. They then began to pull us out of the room individually for combined HR and technical interviews. The HR questions included the usual “tell me about a time when” and “what would you do if the captain...” questions. (view the study guide of this website). The technical questions were rapid fire. Know... Continue Reading this Interview Experience

  1. Mar 26, 2024 Interview was great, but be prepared to wait - honestly this was the worst part, and of course as everyone says get the breakfast burrito. Make sure to keep it light yet professional with your interviewers, all they are trying to see is that you are competent and they will not go crazy being in the flight deck with you. Be personable and professional, the actual questions are simple. Got asked 5-6 HR questions, very straightforward and easy to answer - try to incorporate the company and how... 2. Mar 25, 2024 Took the shuttle at 0620 from the hotel to Envoy headquarters, you wanna get to the lobby 10-15 minutes earlier because the shuttle leaves exactly at 0620. From there sat around for probably 30-40 minutes before doing paperwork, notory, and presentation. After the presentation, we had breakfast (breakfast burrito is really good). After that, they began calling us one by one. I was one of the last to get called in and waited about an hour and a half for my interview, but everyone in my class... 4. Mar 19, 2024 Day begins at 7:30am but be there no later than 7am do not be that guy that shows up last at 7:25am while we are all waiting on you to get started. Once in, you check in at the desk put in your breakfast order and sign your 1 document that needed to be notarized in person at HQ. Then you all proceed upstairs and go over your submitted paperwork together which everyone had to correct or add something to their pile of paperwork so don’t be alarmed even if you followed the instructions on... 5. Mar 12, 2024 Took the shuttle to Envoy HQ at 06:15. We arrived and were directed to a room where we placed our breakfast orders (order the burrito, it’s great). We were then taken to a room upstairs, where we went through paperwork and a company presentation. Interviews started around 9-9:15am. I was one of the last three to go out of the 10 that were there. Interviews will take up most of the morning, so definitely bring a water to stay hydrated. Interview was around 30 minutes, started with a... Continue reading this interview experience

  6. Mar 11, 2024 I will not reiterate what everyone else said about the travel to DFW and the hotel and shuttle service. But, once we arrived to headquarters we made a left and went through the glass doors. They put us all in a room which was near the recruiters' offices. We showed our drivers license for a notary signature and took breakfast orders. I was too nervous to eat breakfast but it seemed like half of us ordered something. After this, they moved us up stairs to a conference room where we were given... Continue reading this interview experience

  7. Mar 07, 2024 Gouge was exactly on point. I was not hired because I rushed through my answers and in hindsight I may have answered inaccurately. Take your time, they do not ask question that are hard but you have to be clear and... Continue reading this interview experience

  8. Mar 06, 2024 The interview experience was exactly as described by everyone else. Early shuttle to Envoy HQ, quick meet and great downstairs where we signed a few docs and put our order in for breakfast (yes, get the breakfast burrito), then went upstairs to the main room. In this room we went through all of the docs that we submitted earlier and corrected anything that needed it. We were showed an Envoy marketing video and got to ask questions about the company and any other job related questions. We... Continue reading this interview experience

  9. Mar 04, 2024 Questions about your First class medical.  Questions are asked very rapid fire, (view the study guide of this website).  I think they do it on purpose to try to rush you and to try to cause some stress. Take your time and think before you answer. They said looking at end of spring/early summer class dates the earliest. Be downstairs for pickup at 0600, order breakfast burrito, wear your best... 10. Feb 28, 2024 My interview had no surprises as it was similar to all the ones here. The worst part is the waiting to be pulled back for your interview. My interviewer was very friendly and personable, however, as previously stated by everyone else, it was very rapid-fire. I answered one question incorrectly because it was so fast-paced. However, when I noticed it was wrong, he let me return and change my original answer. He started by asking HR type questions.  Then he asked some multi questions,...
