  1. Aug 28, 2023 My flying background, basic IFR, CRM questions were asked during the interview. There were two of us in the interview. The interviewer gave me flight (point A to point B) and weather information and asked us to tell him if I would do the flight or not, and why. In this case, the weather was below minimums so we said that we wouldn't take off. He asked if an alternate airport was required. He asked me to explain an engine of my... 3. Jul 06, 2023 The previous interview reports on this website were spot on, study the gouge and you should do just fine. The interview was with one other applicant and the chief pilot. The chief pilot Trey was very kind and fair and gives you no reason to be nervous, he started with a brief introduction about himself and then asked us to "Tell him a little about ourselves". Next he asked us very simple HR questions, they were "Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a... Continue reading this interview experience

  4. May 19, 2023 Other's experiences were pretty spot on. Interview lasted about an hour online. Pretty laid back. Study those technical questions and make sure that you know some on the 135 regulations when they ask you a scenario based question (weather is this... can you make the flight today? If not/so, why?) Interviewed on a Monday got a call back on Tuesday with the... Continue reading this interview experience

  5. May 02, 2023 Interview was very straight forward. Trey was very chill about the entire process. Started off with HR questions, (view the study guide of this website).  "What would you do if your captain showed up suffering from the effects of alcohol?"...Then we moved on to regs and technical questions. Know the difference between Part 61, 91, and 135. Also be able to describe an engine. Everything is was pretty simple. Last was a scenario based question. "Given the weather would you... 6. The interview was pretty straight forward. Right after I applied I was called within an hour for the phone screening. The interview was 2 days ago and I Spoke to Denise who was nice. The gouge on this website was pretty spot on. I was asked scenario based questions about what would you do in certain situations and tell about a time kind of questions. I was interviewed by the chief pilot as well,  name was Trey. He was pretty chill. This website has been pretty spot on since I have been... Continue reading this interview experience

  7. Started with a phone interview a couple weeks in advance to the video interview. Phone conversation lasted about 30 minutes and was the basic questions including why this company and what about this company. Very friendly and non-intimidating interview. HR questions first, Approach Brief, and then Technical questions towards the end. Chief Pilot and Recruiter were very welcoming and easy to talk... Continue reading this interview experience

  8. It was pretty straightforward, Danielle from HR asked me questions about what I would do in different situations with others coworkers. Nothing out of the ordinary. The chief pilot made me brief the approach plate for RNAV01L into KMKE. Also asked me about the PT6 engine and how it worked ( I currently fly C208B) The interview lasted about 45... 9. I felt the interview went fantastic. There was really good vibes on both ends. I was asked several HR questions like the typical scenarios- "Tell me about a time, (view the study guide of this website).  The chief pilot was unavailable so there was a stand in. They only asked one technical question after I briefed the MKE ILS 1L approach. "What do you need to proceed on this approach." I felt the energy of the company was awesome, I am disappointed that I wasn't... Continue reading this interview experience

  10. Interview went well. It was easy.  Your basic corporate scenarios. Then they had me brief the instrument approach into MKE, I can't remember which runway but it was the precision approach. I felt it went really well, but I got the bad news literally the next morning that they wanted to go with someone with more experience. I am a low-time pilot with only 550 hours total time at the time of the interview and 17 hours of multi-engine time. Oh well...I got hired on at another... Continue reading this interview experience
