1. Why do you want to work here?
   I love flying and Atlas is an airline that in addition to providing me with this pleasure around the world will give me the opportunity to experience cargo aviation where I still have no experience.
   I continue to enjoy the experience of traveling. Atlas provides a diversity of flying experiences like few other airlines. It has proven its ability to accurately price and deliver ACMI/CMI
2. Why should we hire you?
   I have a stable track record in terms of employment. I have no violations. I am prepared to stay for the long haul
3. What was your worst day in aviation?
   Kabul. It was myself and about two dozen others scheduling all the flights through Kabul during the evacuation. It wasn’t just getting the waves of people out, it became where do you put them How do you care for them? How do we get supplies and personnel in and secured?
   The day my company announced we were shutting down the "branded" side of our operation.
   The day I was furloughed from Midwest Airlines
4. What was your best day in aviation?
   the day i got my upgrade to captain
5. Are you familiar with our schedules?
   Yes
6. How will your family deal with our schedules?
   Better than current commuting schedule they are on board
7. How do you feel about being based in Stansted?
   I would be happy to relocate to any base the company asks me to
8. Will you resign from United?
   Yes
9. What is your availability?
   Once a class date is offered, I would need to give my current employer 2 weeks notice just as I would do at Atlas in the unlikely event that I decided to go somewhere else.
   Immediately
10. How flexible are you willing to be?
    Being in the military has taught me the value of flexibility. As long as it is within the scope of my job and doesn't break any rules, I am happy to be flexible in order to provide the most value to the company.

I felt much more confident and secure in my preparedness for the interview. I liked getting the samples of the TMAAT questions. Those make me nervous, so it was nice to know how I could prepare those answers ahead of time.
