Apr 03, 2024 The process was similar to what previous Allegiant applicants listed- with prior one -way recorded interview submitted and personality test. Interview day: started same as the others mentioned with a Teams one hour mandatory info session in the morning , brief Q and A at the end of the hour. Was with two company pilots and an HR person. Mar 06, 2024 As other write ups have said, the first portion was purely information about the company and very relaxed. Be sure to be in business attire as they commented that was the first test. The actual interview was relaxed, they offered for me to lose the tie and jacket but I said I was good, and they understood.
