The interview process was like what everyone has said in previous write ups. Everyone there was very friendly and were rooting for you to succeed. The first day involved drug testing, cog, psych and job knowledge tests. I felt that the first two tests weren't too bad but the job knowledge test was a beast. Everyone walked out feeling as though they had failed. I did a lot of study preparing for the test and I felt as though most of what I studied wasn't on the test. However, apparently I prepped well enough as I got invited back for day two of the interview. I was in the morning go and... Continue Reading this Interview Experience

  1. Sep 10, 2020 When you are invited for the interview, FedEx will inform you quite precisely what it will involve. Interview is a two day process, the first day of which is all computer based testing designed to give them a look at your personality, cognitive abilities and knowledge of the job. The specifics of the testing are confidential.  I'll reiterate what FedEx informs candidates. The CBT process is designed to give them a look at who the applicant is that has turned up for an interview the... Continue reading this interview experience

  2. Aug 26, 2020 The entire interview process was enjoyable. Everyone at the interview are friendly and do their best to keep you relaxed and smiling. Definitely read up on recommended list to study for jkt and most of all just be yourself. They want to hire genuine people! They are hiring pilots from different experiences: regional CAs, prior military, legacy pilots (CA and FO) and part 135. Total hours also vary...so put in your apps and be ready with a short... 3. Aug 24, 2020 They’re very good at making you comfortable. Interviewers just want to see that you are who you portray on the application. They want somebody that they can get along with for 10 days on the road. Interview was as published they tell you everything that will happen on the interview... 4. Interview was as described by previous reviews on here. Study up and be prepared and be yourself. It was a very professional and friendly staff guiding us all throughout the interview process. Be sure to review extensively for the technical test. The information is nothing that you have not seen just material you have not read over in probably quite a while.  I prepped for day 1. Day 2 consisted of the HR panel and SBI. Those were both as advertised and just remember to be yourself and... Continue reading this interview experience

  5. Interview was as advertised on any gouge. For HR portion, just relax and let them get to know you. Don’t sound too prepped. Especially if you used a prep service. SBI was straightforward. Make a decision! Debrief is just as important. I studied for about 3 weeks for the Day 1 stuff. Make sure you understand concepts, don’t memorize knowledge test... 6. Overall great experience! Definitely lots of self-induced stress, but, hey, I really wanted the job! The FedEx folks are really friendly and they do their best to have you remain calm. They know you are excited and nervous. They really want you to do the best you can. If you have made it to the interview, they really do want to hire you! Keep calm, smile, be friendly, be interesting, and be ready to show them how much you want to be apart of the FedEx team. I used 2 services that... Continue reading this interview experience

  7. The information provided here was a good guide to the process. Be yourself. Don't make stuff up. Think safety. Sim evaluation was the toughest part. If you have an opportunity to fly raw data more, do it. Look through your resume and expect questions about why you made decisions. For me, it was a demanding process. Looking back I enjoyed it, everyone was great. This is an incredible team and I am excited that I'll be apart of that. Personally, this will be my last career move, I... 9. Interview went great. Everyone is there and they're all rooting for you to pass. Cog testing was very difficult but you need to press on. The CRM exercise was very stressful Time can get away from you. Even when you think you made a great call, they change something to see all you adapt. Overall, a great... 10. It was tough. They used my initial application which had both a GPA error and a misspelled word, both of which I’d fixed a month prior but they didn’t want to see it. There were no TMAAT questions, but more scenario based questions, (view the study guide of this website).   It was intense and I felt like I was being looked at as if I was sloppy on my application, and that set the tone for the 45...
