The phone interview was pretty straightforward: flight time, experience, goals, and familiarity with autopilot, systems, and other general information. Martinaire called to interview. Was very laid back and helpful. There wasn't a technical or sim. Company seems very interested in finding stable employees that will be here a bit and help with the feeder routes. Was mentioned that the aircraft are steam gauges and that there may be a GPS, but is exception. There's a training contract as well.
