    The phone interview was pretty straightforward: flight time, experience, goals, and familiarity with autopilot, systems, and other general information. The training process is two weeks: one week of classroom work, tests, and indoc.; followed by the second week, which consists of the flying portion.     Martinaire called to interview. Was very laid back and helpful. There wasn't a technical or sim. Company seems very interested in finding stable employees that will be here a bit and help with the feeder routes. Was mentioned that the aircraft are steam gauges and that there may be a GPS, but is exception. There's a training contract as well.     I found it was worth paying for the information from other interviewees. The ability to see full interviews, the dates of the interviews and a rough idea of how much experience interviewees had. It's the only way to be fully prepared for your interview process.
