Interviewed with Chief Pilot, Miguel. Was straight forward. No technical questions or written test. No Sim evaluation.  I was offered the job on the spot. Then taken to HR where you fill out paperwork & go for a drug and alcohol test. I would still prepare for technical, written and sim evaluation as they may change things up from time to time. Called for interview and jump seated on my own down to MIA. Had to take a cab to MIA Air facility on the north side of the field.
